Helgard behind bars!

Hi everyone,
As you all probably know by now, CANSA has asked me as Mr. SA 2008, Community Service winner / X - Mr. SA 2010 Semi-finalist, and a few other celebs to be sent to jail on August 28th in aid to raise much needed funds for people fighting Cancer. I will be in jail till my bail has been paid. CANSA has informed me that my bail amount has been set at R50 000,00.

On the day I am “jailed” I am expected to call upon all my business connections, co-workers, family, friends, and any kind strangers to make pledges towards my “bail”. All funds raised will be donated to the Cancer Association of South Africa. This charity drive will be sponsored and covered by Gold Reef City, 93.8 FM and SABC.

This is where I get on my proverbial knees and beg, without restraint for your help, and the help of whoever you know, be it friends, family, corporate associates, acquaintances and anyone you may know who are prepared to help this worthy CANSA drive as well as simultaneously helping me get out from behind bars.

As of now and including my incarceration date you are welcome to begin making deposits into the CANSA account, which they will credit against my bail amount.
